Author Guidelines

Thank you for considering the Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Optimization and Computing (JAIOC) for your manuscript submission.

JAIOC is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes original, high-quality research in Artificial Intelligence, Optimization, Computing, and related interdisciplinary fields.

Authors should ensure that their manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by another journal. All submissions must comply with accepted ethical standards and include appropriate citations for previously published work.

The journal welcomes the following types of manuscripts:

• Original Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Survey Papers
• Short Communications
• Technical Notes
• Case Studies

Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format and generally include:

• Title
• Author names and affiliations
• Corresponding author information
• Abstract
• Keywords
• Introduction
• Methodology
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusion
• References

JAIOC recommends the IEEE citation style. All figures, tables, and equations should be properly numbered and referenced within the manuscript.

All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment followed by a double-blind peer-review process by independent experts. Editorial decisions are based on originality, technical quality, scientific significance, clarity, and relevance to the journal's scope.

Authors retain responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of their work. The use of AI-assisted writing tools should be disclosed where appropriate, and AI systems must not be listed as authors.

During the journal's inaugural phase, there are no submission or publication fees.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Optimization and Computing (JAIOC) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its authors, reviewers, editors, and readers.

Personal information collected by the journal, including names, email addresses, institutional affiliations, and other contact details, will be used solely for the editorial, peer-review, publication, and administrative activities of the journal. Such information will not be disclosed, shared, sold, or distributed to third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide essential publishing services.

The journal implements reasonable administrative and technical measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While every effort is made to ensure the security of data, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Authors, reviewers, and registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users may request correction or removal of their personal information where appropriate, subject to the journal's record-keeping and publication policies.

By registering with or submitting content to JAIOC, users acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of their information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.

The Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Optimization and Computing reserves the right to update this Privacy Statement as necessary. Any changes will be published on the journal's website and will become effective upon publication.
